Niche to build-ready foundation
Startup & SaaS foundation pack
Turn a niche, startup or SaaS idea into a source-bounded business plan, product direction, growth path, diagrams and repository-ready handover—without starting the build.
Foundation coverage
A build-ready line from rough niche to governed start.
The handover connects the commercial, product, growth, security and delivery decisions. It stops before implementation, so a founder can test the direction or brief a build without paying to discover the basics twice.
- 01NicheProblem, audience and evidence
- 02GrowthOffer, marketing and SEO
- 03ProductJourneys, scope and visuals
- 04SystemArchitecture, data and security
- 05ReadyREADME, backlog and release gates
Good fit
Use this when you need a bounded answer first.
Founders who have chosen a direction and need one coherent foundation before commissioning design, engineering or fundraising work.
What you send
- The niche, customer problem, current evidence and the outcome you want the venture to create
- Existing notes, research, competitor references, brand material or manual version of the service
- Constraints such as budget band, timeline, geography, regulation, distribution access and technical preferences
Included
A concrete decision pack, not an open-ended audit.
- 01Source-bounded business and product plan with assumptions
- 02Market, growth, digital marketing and SEO direction
- 03User, system, data, security and hardening diagrams
- 04Visual QA, release criteria and repository-ready ZIP handover
How it works
Three bounded stages.
- 01
Frame
Define the niche, user problem, evidence, commercial assumptions, constraints and decisions this foundation must support.
- 02
Model
Connect audience, offer, acquisition, product journeys, architecture, data, security and operating needs without inventing validation.
- 03
Prepare
Package the plan, diagrams, readiness gates and local repository starter so a build can be commissioned without re-briefing from zero.
Exact handover shape
Open the ZIP and know where to start.
The filenames show the expected structure. The contents are specific to your problem and evidence; template filler is not counted as delivery.

Written boundary
What this pack does not claim to be.
Does not include primary customer validation, audited forecasts, legal or regulated advice, production branding, coded implementation, deployment, live marketing or a published GitHub repository.
Before enquiring
Useful answers.
Is this a full business plan?
It is a complete working business and product foundation for the agreed niche and evidence. Forecasts, market claims and recommendations stay labelled as sourced facts, estimates or assumptions; it is not audited financial, legal or investment advice.
Do you create the GitHub repository?
The standard handover contains a local repository-ready starter with a README, decisions, backlog and issue templates. Creating or publishing a real GitHub repository is an optional provider action that needs separate written approval.
Does the pack include design or code?
It can include visual direction, flows and release criteria, but no production UI, coded prototype or deployed system. Those belong in a separately scoped design or product build.
What happens after I enquire?
Your selected pack is carried into the ChaseInTech enquiry form. Nothing is submitted until you review and send the form yourself.
