ChaseOS Studio V1.0.9: making knowledge review and local control inspectable
How V1.0.9 tightened the Intake and Research review flow, made approval origins legible, and reconciled local runtime state without presenting observation as a live connection test.

Exactly what was built#
Knowledge Intake and Research Collections kept evidence, proposed destinations, graph links, filing instructions and the approval action in one review flow. Settings gained a clearer guide plus appearance, date, time-zone and per-runtime model controls, while Connect and Tools reconciled Hermes, OpenClaw, Discord and relocated WSL evidence from the same local state.
Approval Center#
The older blocky approval hero and unrelated agent-suggestions queue were removed. The replacement groups requests by Studio and local work, agent runtimes, and external connectors, with source, scope, expiry and command detail available for inspection. Fixture-backed acceptance proved those states and the truthful empty queue; it did not manufacture a live Discord approval.
Graph and intake presentation#
Intake and Research Collection previews were corrected so node labels and destinations fit within their inspector instead of clipping off-canvas. Graph handoffs retain the proposed-node highlight until the operator closes it or returns to a preset, keeping inspection separate from the later approved write.
What the local evidence means#
Connector counts and runtime configuration came from local configuration, allow-lists and observed routes. The release records that evidence as locally observed rather than claiming a Discord bot, Telegram bot or model provider was contacted successfully during acceptance.
Release proof#
The signed build was accepted and published on 26 August 2026. The V1.0.8 updater path discovered V1.0.9, and the installed application, release manifest and immutable installer resolved to the same build identity. The stable desktop shortcut icon was retained across the in-place upgrade.
